Description
**Must Sell** Make an Offer Washington is a 16.1hh, 9 year old American Spotted Warmblood currently excelling first level dressage and carrying the potential for Grand Prix. With gorgeous currently allowing him to train several second and third level movements, a body powerful enough to clear 2'9''-3' courses, including lead change over fences, and the stamina to take hard cross country in stride, Washington is more than worthy to bear a name synonymous with strength and American spirit. He is extremely light on the bit no matter the situation or discipline, collecting or extending his body at the slightest cue and bending or sliding in response to a touch of the leg. He has no fear of water and perfect manners both on the ground and in the saddle, making him the ideal ride for anyone from beginner to aged professional searching for a perfect friend to retire on. He is learning flying changes, shoulder in/out, haunches in/out, and the beginnings of the pirouette. He has also started and enjoyed low level training in polo, including on the spot neck-reining, good bump, and a quick, steady rollback. Has been ridden western multiple times and can easily cultivate a good, flat carriage with consistent work. While trail riding isn't as much a passion as dressage for him, he will comfortably carry his rider both leading or following, with or without canine companionship. Considering his kind, loving personality and beautiful looks, I would like my beautiful young guy to go to a lady who wants a flashy friend to take from ring to trails and back again. Washington is priced at TwentyK OBO. Must sell to perfect home only; college is the only reason I'm letting such a wonderful horse slip through my fingers. Videos available upon request.
